MCUT Department of Business and Management Warmly Hosts 'Graduation Tea Reception & Alumni Homecoming': Faculty Offer Blessings While a Friendly Badminton Match Strengthens Generational Bonds
As the blooming poinciana flowers herald the arrival of graduation season, the Department of Business Management at Ming Chi University of Technology (MCUT) recently hosted a grand "Graduation Tea Reception & Alumni Homecoming." This event not only offered heartfelt blessings to the graduates about to step out of campus but also called upon alumni from all previous years to return to their alma mater. Through energetic sports exchanges, the event showcased the cross-generational cohesion and heritage of the Business Management Department.
The graduation tea reception was filled with a warm and grateful atmosphere. The department was honored to invite MCUT President, Thu-Hua Liu, and the Dean of the College of Management, Jin-Kuan Lin, to join in this momentous occasion.
In his speech, President Liu encouraged all prospective graduates of the Business Management Department to carry forward the university's motto of "Diligence and Simplicity" in their future careers, urging them to bravely face the challenges of society. Dean Lin also shared his expectations, encouraging the students to transform the professional knowledge they acquired in the department into real-world capabilities in the workplace. Aside from the emotional tea reception, the second half of the event featured an energetic highlight. This year's alumni homecoming specially invited graduates from all previous years to participate together in a themed badminton match.
