On January 21, 2025 (Tuesday), the Office of Research and Development specially invited Mr. Chen, a distinguished alumnus from the 10th cohort of the Department of Mechanical Engineering and the founder of Razor Scooters in the United States, to visit our university. During his visit, he attended a sharing and discussion session featuring four professors—Prof. Chien, Prof. Chen, Prof. Hung, and Prof. Huang—who received funding from the Mr. Chen Innovative Product Development Grant. Each professor presented their research outcomes, and Mr. Chen provided valuable insights from an industry perspective. We deeply appreciate his continued technical support for our university and look forward to bridging academic research with industry applications under his guidance.
Additionally, Mr. Chen delivered an inspiring lecture on " The Initial Motivation and Practical Realization of Starting a Business Domestically and Abroad," sharing his entrepreneurial journey and providing invaluable insights into global business ventures. His visit was highly enlightening and beneficial for all attendees.
