1st D+Mark Digital Innovation Award Competition in collaboration with Sea To See Cultural Co., Ltd.

update date : 2026-01-23

The Bachelor’s Program in Digital Marketing Design organized the 1st D+Mark Digital Innovation Award Competition in collaboration with Sea To See Cultural Co., Ltd. The competition adopted a PBL (Problem-Based Learning) × competition-based learning model, utilizing real-world problem scenarios and outcome-based evaluation to guide students in integrating digital marketing and design expertise, while cultivating practice-oriented innovation and problem-solving skills. During the competition, Sea To See Cultural Co., Ltd. participated in topic development and served as a member of the judging panel, providing industry-driven perspectives and professional feedback grounded in real-world practice.

Throughout the competition, participating teams demonstrated significant growth in the depth of their project proposals, presentation performance, and on-the-spot critical thinking during Q&A sessions. By approaching the competition themes from diverse perspectives and proposing unique solutions, students impressed both the judges and faculty members. Beyond ranking and awards, the competition served as a learning journey in which ideas were gradually refined and transformed into executable projects.

The D+Mark Digital Innovation Award concluded with final project presentations on December 31. Through continuous refinement of content, visual optimization, and intensive team collaboration, students exhibited a high level of commitment and professional attitude.

Industry-based competitions integrated into the Marketing Management curriculum have been conducted for nearly 20 years. This year marked the first time the competition was independently organized by the Bachelor’s Program in Digital Marketing Design. Implementing a creative marketing competition centered on PBL (Project-Based Learning) is inherently challenging. From issue definition and translation of industry needs, to strategic integration, creative development, proposal writing, and final presentation, each stage required a high level of integration across marketing theory, design thinking, teamwork, and practical application. By leveraging industry collaboration and experiential learning, the program aims to enable students to align their work with industry standards and build confidence in facing future professional challenges.
