From Internship to Workplace: Turning Your Experience into a Highlight
To enhance students’ practical skills and workplace competitiveness, the Digital Marketing and Design Program at Ming Chi University of Technology organized a "Professional Practice Lecture." The event invited an experienced expert from both industry and academia to share key insights on transitioning from campus internships to professional careers, helping students prepare for their future careers in advance.
This lecture featured Ms. Dai-Hua Lee, Executive Creative Director of Kunze Design Co., Ltd, as the keynote speaker. With extensive experience in design practice, brand strategy, and higher education, Ms. Lee draws on rich industry-academic collaboration and teaching experience. She focused on practical case studies to deeply analyze how to accumulate visible professional achievements during internships and effectively showcase personal strengths upon entering the workforce.
The lecture covered diverse topics including social media management, copywriting and planning, product design, brand strategy, marketing planning, and e-commerce operations. Through real-world case sharing, students were guided to integrate classroom knowledge with practical experience, building a competitive personal professional profile that bridges the gap between study and work, thereby enhancing employability.
By offering diverse lectures and industry-academia exchange activities, the program enables students to engage with current industry trends and real-world practice during their studies. It is hoped that this professional practice lecture will help students broaden their horizons, accumulate hands-on experience, and lay a solid foundation for their future career development.
