On April 29, 2025, Mr. Liang, General Manager of C Sun Co., Ltd., led a team of senior executives to Ming Chi University of Technology (MCUT) to preside over the sponsored student signing ceremony with two MCUT students currently interning at the company. According to the agreement, after completing their internship in the third year, the students will return to campus for their senior year and receive full tuition coverage and a monthly living stipend of NT$10,000 from C Sun Co., Ltd. This generous support reflects the company’s strong commitment to talent cultivation and lays a solid foundation for deeper and broader collaboration between both parties.

Following the ceremony, Mr. Liang delivered an inspiring talk titled “Western Golden Corridor Diamond Chain.” He provided an in-depth analysis of how industrial clusters in western Taiwan are driving economic momentum, and shared the journey of how C Sun Co., Ltd. grew from a startup to a key partner of TSMC. His presentation not only offered valuable insights into corporate strategy but also motivated faculty and students alike to reimagine their perspectives on industry development and .
