Competition Description
The IIIC International Innovation and Invention Competition, which had its inception in Taipei in 2010, focuses on four primary themes encompassing environmental preservation, energy efficiency, carbon reduction, biotechnology, and intelligent living. It is with great pleasure that we announce the participation of over 447 outstanding inventions from 12 different countries (Taiwan, Japan, Malaysia, China, Singapore, Thailand, United States, Russia, Morocco, Peru, Ecuador, Spain) in the 2024 edition of this event.

Students' Testimonials
First of all, I’d like to thank Professor Wen-Cheng Lai for his guidance, which gave us the opportunity to participate in the 2024 15th IIC International Innovation and Invention Competition. At the beginning, we were quite unfamiliar with the field of antennas, but thanks to the guidance and advice from our seniors and teachers, we gradually found our way.

During the simulation process, we encountered several challenges, such as results that didn’t meet our expectations. This required us to constantly fine-tune the simulation settings and parameters, and we had to discuss the issues with our teacher repeatedly to arrive at the results we have today.

We feel incredibly honored to stand on this stage and to have won the prestigious Gold Medal. Lastly, we want to once again express our heartfelt thanks to Professor Lai and our seniors for their invaluable help.
