   Emotional resilience is the flexibility to understand the meaning of our emotions and freely choose our thoughts, actions, and feelings when facing stress. This workshop will share self-care strategies that can be used anytime, anywhere, including: immediate stress relief techniques, mindfulness and self-awareness practices, and an "Emotional First Aid Toolkit" to help students strengthen their emotional resilience.
