Biennial of the Poster Bolivia BICeBé, the most important international event in Bolivia and the Southern Cone regarding design and visual communication, is held every two years. 2017 international poster competition received 6444 posters from 71 countries (regions), and 306 of the best poster submissions were selected. It was not easy since there was only 4.7 percent chance of being selected for the competition. The world touring exhibition of selected posters starts in late November.

MCUT Student Ming-Yi Kao’s work was selected for Biennial of the Poster Bolivia BICeBé 2017 in the Category B: Posters on political and social issues. In this category, only three works from Taiwan were selected, and this visual communication design major did an excellent job.

Ming-Yi Kao said she really appreciated the guidance of Professor Chao-Ming Yang and Professor Chin-Lung Chen.
